Briefing

Understanding your requirements

From your initial briefing, we gain an appreciation of what it is you want to achieve and the budget you have to do so. The briefing includes understanding any issues, concerns and past experiences in order to achieve a higher-value final outcome.

In this stage, we also develop logical future planning that can enhance both hospitality revenue and the operational success of the venue. This may include the later development of complimentary facilities, within or outside of your venue to increase the overall profit whilst reducing dependence on a controlling revenue source such as gaming.

Research

We understand your business, objectives, staff, customers and competitors

Before we design anything, we work closely with you to thoroughly research your organisation and the environment in which it operates to ensure your new design is on target, competitive and will achieve desired results.

We interview your staff and customers to gain insights, discover what they would like to see, and what they feel needs changing. We visit your competitors, and analyse what is and isn't working in their business, before developing a strategy that will give you the competitive edge.

Design

We provide unique design concepts to match your brief and budget

Using the information gathered, we start the design process, and provide you with drawings, images, samples and materials to help you visualise the new look and feel of your venue.

Visualisation

3D imaging & photo montage as proof of concept

The next stage of design development involves presenting our concept to you using a combination of schematic drawings, actual specified finishes, 3D imaging and photo montage to help you, your staff and clients visualise and get a feel for the finished product.
